S & M Dispensers will   handle our S & M Retaining Rings, as well as all of the leading competitors’ rings (see cross reference chart below).  Used with S & M Applicators, this line of dispensers will provide years of continuous service for any number of high-speed mass production applications.

S & M Dispensers are designed for fast, efficient and economical handling and assembly of radial-type retaining rings. The dispensers consist of a bracket assembly, which is attached to a rugged solid metal base. The base assembly is pre-set at the factory for proper positioning and griping of the rings. No adjustments or maintenance are required after shipment. The complete Dispenser is delivered with a black oxide finish and capable of years of service.   

Operation:  S & M’s Dispensers are simple to operate by users of all skill levels. These dispensers are designed to accept taped stacked rings, which are placed over the rail on the bracket and slide down the rail to rest on the base. Then the flexible rod is simply reattached at the top into the groove of the stationary rod. Remove the tape from the  rings and the dispenser is ready to use. The operator simply pushes  the applicator against the bottom ring in the stack until the ring is firmly in position on the applicator groove. The operator then withdraws the applicator with the ring attached and applies it to the assembly. The next ring in the stack is automatically positioned in the dispenser ready for the next insertion.
